How can I be sure I receive your Executive Briefings and other emails?

We suggest adding “news@tranzact.com” to your address book or “safe list” to ensure you receive our e-mails.

What are the guidelines for researching payment status?

Payment status may be researched via MyTranzAct Carrier.

For New Clients or Carriers who need usernames and passwords, please visit My TranzAct Carrier to register. You will be called with your access information.

What are the freight audit and payment EDI specifications?

TranzAct has the following EDI specifications available for download: 110 (Air Freight Invoice); 210 (Motor Freight Invoice) and 310 (Ocean Freight Invoice).
